The BBQ E-Boat Experience with DealsFiji
1. Check-In and Briefing:
Please arrive at Port Denarau Marina 10 minutes before departure. The DealsFiji team will welcome you, check you in, and provide a short briefing on safety and boat operation.
2. Be the Captain:
One member of your group will take on the role of Guest Skipper and wear a fun captain’s hat for photos. No prior boat experience is required; simply follow the team’s instructions, and you’ll be ready to set off.
3. Fire Up the BBQ:
Every boat comes with a pre-lit charcoal grill, BBQ utensils, and an ice bucket to keep drinks cold. Guests may bring their own food or choose HotFiji’s BBQ package, which includes fresh ingredients.
4. Cruise and Enjoy Activities:
While your food is being prepared, you can:
- Try your hand at line fishing
- Join in Bula karaoke sessions
- Play small onboard BBQ-themed games
- Relax, socialise, and enjoy your meal with stunning views
Extras such as catering, alcoholic beverages, or cultural activities can often be added to your charter upon request.

Booking Notes:
- Arrival Time: Late arrivals forfeit payments; all guests must check in at least 10 minutes before departure.
- Food and Drinks: Guests may bring their own food and beverages or pre-order HotFiji’s BBQ package. Alcohol is permitted onboard.
- Facilities: There are no toilets onboard; guests may use marina restrooms before departure.
- Children: Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult.
- Weather Policy: In the event of lightning or unsafe conditions, trips may be postponed, with full refunds available.
Terms & Conditions – BBQ E-Boat
Payments:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- All prices include applicable FJD local taxes.
- Guests who have made payments will receive a booking confirmation email.
Cancellations:
- Full refund for cancellations made 48 or more hours before the cruise.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 24 hours before the cruise.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the cruise, or no-shows, are charged 100% of the cruise fee.
- Operator cancellations due to weather conditions allow passengers to choose a full refund or to rebook.
Guest Skipper Requirements:
- All skippers must be 18 years old and present a valid ID.
- All guests must agree to a waiver acknowledging risks.
- All guests must attend the safety briefing before departure.
Conduct and Safety:
- All guests are expected to comply with the crew’s instructions at all times.
- The captain reserves the right to terminate the cruise early if unsafe behavior occurs or if any participants are intoxicated.
- The use of illegal drugs or dangerous weapons is strictly prohibited.
- Guests found with glass bottles will be asked to leave the cruise.
Operator Rights – BBQ E-Boat
- All cruise times are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen operational or weather constraints.
- In the event of bad weather or operational difficulties, one or more alternative vessels may be used.
Media Use:
- Captains may take photos or videos during the cruise for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be included may opt out.
