You’ll be impressed with the quality of all our vehicles, we don’t use any small cars even if there are only 2 of you. Our standard vehicle is a spacious Alphard Hybrid (great for the environment) and for bigger groups we have modern Toyota Hiace Vans. It goes without saying they are all fully air conditioned. You can choose which type of vehicle will suit your family or group and we have allowed for the fact that you will be carrying luggage as well.
Your driver has been selected from a small, honest, reliable, hand-picked group of locals who will greet you with a big “Bula” smile and is looking forward to transporting you to your accommodation.
This transfer is private and only you and your family or group will be in the vehicle. Your driver will be happy to include a free stop at an ATM, supermarket, bottle shop or other stores along the way. We usually prefer to stop at New World IGA, it has a great bakery, excellent selection of goods plus a good stock of beer and wine (yes it is a bit more expensive than other local supermarkets, the choice is yours though). Don’t bother buying any meat from here only frozen chickens are any good. Ask your driver to make a stop at South Pacific Butchery on the Denarau road, it has by far the best meat selection available.

Remember to get a new SIM for your phone at the airport before you leave, it’s cheap and easy, then you won’t pay those huge internet charges at the resorts. Coverage in Fiji is very good.

The Facts
How your booking works…
- Payment is in full, in Fijian Dollars only. Any refunds will be paid in FJD. The payment amount may be different due to currency fluctuations.
- Same day bookings are welcome for pickups after 12pm, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. No “Fiji time” here, we’re on the computer all day everyday processing bookings really fast.
- Last minute early morning pickup, please book no later than 5pm the day before.
- As soon as you book we’ll send you an “Order Pending” email to say we have received this. We then book your transfer (as fast as humanly possible), and send you a second “Order Confirmed” email with all the important details of your transfer. You’ll need to print the second email out and bring it with you or be able to show it on a mobile phone.
- Your credit card is stored in our booking systems secure vault and will automatically be deleted 30 days after your transfer. We do not have access to your credit card numbers.
- All prices include 25% Fiji Government taxes & levies (9% VAT + 10% Sales Turnover Tax + 6% Environmental Levy).
Free Cancellation & 100% Refund…
- You may cancel free of charge PLUS we’ll give you 100% refund of any payment made up until 48 hours before your booking date. If you cancel within 48 hours before departure or you are a no-show there is no refund.
- If your flight is delayed, even to the next day/week/month, it’s no problem, we will just move it at no extra charge, just make sure to let us know.
- If your transfer was late picking you up, you may request 100% refund, please email us all the details.
- If your flight was cancelled due to bad weather & you cancel your trip to Fiji, we will refund 100%, so long as you notify us in enough time that the transfer vehicle did not go out.
